SAMSUNG Launches Second Line Chromebook :

Samsung was one of the first partners in the project Google Chromebook: The notebook running the operating system Google Chrome OS. 

The company announced yesterday the launch of the Chromebook Series 2. These two new models Chromebook 11.6 and 13.3 inches. 

According Samsung, these new Chromebook are faster and also a starting time would show improved that does not exceed ten seconds. 

These models have the distinction of having a design in leather. Which allows users a better grip in hand unlike a smooth surface.

Both models have the same Samsung Exynos processor- Byte 5 to 1.9 GHz or 2.1 GHz , HDD 16 GB, HD camera and USB and HDMI ports. They also have a drive micro- SD cards.

The second set of Chrombook is also equipped with an upgraded audio system with two 2W speakers and noise reduction microphone.

The 13.3-inch model :

This model , larger and heavier has a LED Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 screen. Its autonomy is légérment longer, up to 8.5 hours.

It will be available in titanium gray only. the smallest model will be black and white.

The 11.6-inch model :

While the 11.6-inch version comes with a 1366 × 768 and it is the lightest . Its battery lasts 8 hours.


Both will go on sale in April . The larger version will be priced at $ 400 while the small model will be $ 320.

With its Chromebook, Samsung is the school 

Tod Pike, Vice President of Samsung in the United States, said: "Samsung has achieved the best sales Chromebook for three years and we will continue to assert our leadership position in this sector." 

To this end, the Korean automaker aims to position itself strongly on market Chromebook. He hopes to flood the school with these products at lower costs. 


"So we've developed our equipment keeping in mind the students and teachers, and including features such as a quick start the computer, a more powerful battery and a practical design," says Tod Pike.
