HTC has unveiled discreetly new equipment in Russia and Ukraine, the HTC Desire 400 version or single SIM Dual SIM.

There are differences in the two pictures for the two countries appliances, the Ukrainian version is less well equipped.

No info on the price or the potential launch in other countries.
